INGREDIENTS

4cl Fine old Asmussen 40
2cl Orange juice
1cl Lime juice
5cl Ginger ale
Blood orange
Ice cubes

METHOD

Put the rum and some ice cubs in a tumbler, add the lime and orange juice and stir well. Top up with ginger ale to your taste stir well again.
Decorate with blood orange.

INGREDIENTS

16 cl Fine old Asmussen Rum 40
4 Sugar cubes
4 Cups hot strong coffee
Cream

METHOD

Preheat four coffee cups and put
a sugar cub in each one. Then
fill up with approx. 4cl “fine old Asmussen” rum
and hot espresso. To finish top with
cream.

INGREDIENTS

250ml Full fat milk
6cl Fine old Asmussen 40
6 Teaspoons sweetened cocoa powder
40ml Cream
Chocolate shavings

METHOD

Bring the milk to the boil in a pot while whipping the cream until stiff. Dissolve the cocoa powder into the hot milk, then add the “fine old Asmussen” and pour into a tall glass or porcelain cup. Top with cream sprinkle and over the chocolate shavings.
